I requested an estimate for roof replacement. An employee arrived, checked the roof, and said he would return at the same time the following week with an estimate. I didn't hear from him at the appinted date and time, so I called him, only to discover that he'd forgotten. I called the office to complain, and got their answering machine; one hour and 45 minutes have passed, and they still haven't called me. This doesn't appear to be a very businesslike group. First of all, why should it take exactly one week to prepare an estimate? Second, how could they 'forget' an appointment to deliver an estimate? Third, why hasn't management called me?
