Solid Waste Services of W. V.

I have been a good customer for at least years, I am writing today for I have not been getting the customer service that has been provided in the pastThis past summer I had a few times that my trash was not picked up, of course I called to get credit for that week & was told by office personnel the only one with authority to do this was manager [redacted] and he would call me back, never heard from him, so I called billing after at least calls to office with no response and over month gone by, billing gave me creditIt happened again month later , called again, again no response back so when I got my bill I subtracted from bill( weekly charge) I am assuming that was acceptable for I of course never have been contactedI am now having issues again, weeks not picked up & no calls frim [redacted]  i only want what I pay for !! If you don't pick up my trash I expect a credit for that week, I do not want to have to call your business every week to do thisI do li
