Hi ***, Here is our response to [redacted] ***’s Complaint: “We absolutely understand our customer’s concern with needing a crew to return to her jobsite for remedial/warrantied work We have been in complete agreement that the work needed to take place and that we would return as soon as a crew became available We sincerely apologize for the delay Our crews have been fully booked in various states across the country since spring, and just had a solid window open up to return to the customer’s TN locationA crew arrived the first week of November and began the work We will be returning one more time by the end of the year to complete outstanding items.” Please let me know if this looks like a sufficient response We’ve never had one of these before If there’s anything missing or if I should change any language, I am open to suggestionsThank You!
