costumer pointed and decided to buy the previous mentioned system, not only her but also her accompany can state that the costumer freely chose the system being purchasedOnce installed and after talking to the installer she got confused, or as we percieve, there is a misunderstandingThe alarm which the costumer is talking about is the basic factory alarm system that comes buithe car, which is more of a panic system to find the parked car and suchWe already asked the owner of the car to stop by the store for a better shown explanation then over the phoneShe refuses to stop by unless we refund her moneyWe have decided to ask the costumer to stop by so we can take the product back and refund her the complete amountEven if We all know we gave her the product she originally asked for they are lying I didnt point to anything they told me they only had one remote start to fit my car I did not get confused when I came back from the garage to talk to the owner which is what I was told to do to get my refund of the by the installer who told me there was no alarm installed he connected to the built in alarm and the remote starter is installed about 130.00to when I started talking to them about the refund the father (owner) could no longer speak english and the son started translaing when they said over the phone they would remove the system and refund the full amount but I dont want someone thats mad working on my car and all they need to do is refund my for the alarm they didnt install and stop trying to be slick and face the fact that this time I talked to the installer found out the truth and want my money back they cant get away with being slick with every customer face the fact that once in a while someone will check behind what they tell them at the sales counter I still have the box they left in my car and it says remote start nothing about an alarm so if they installed an alarm where is the alarm box they left all the trash in my car empty box all the wires they cut if you check around such as I have since my installation you will also find that just about every place will install the remote starter for about to the remote starter being priced at Final stop by, what we do recommend is for the costumer to take it to a "professional" and have the system removedAfter that she can stop by and get her refund of the full ammount she paid forWe would also recommend, before she gets anything taken out, to have the system, which we properly installed and it's working fully with all the specs described by the box purchased, checked out by a "professional" pay someone to take the system out when all they have to do is be honest and refund my I have taken the box the system came out of to several different places to ask the price and content the system and have been given the same price range between and and around installed the unit is RXXremote car starter by autopage and have nothing to do with an alarm they need to stop lying and taking me through these changes they simply did not install an alarm on my car there would be no reason to put on an alarm when the car already has an alarm they connected the autopage to my alarm like the person that installed the autopage told me and suggested if you paid for an alarm you need to go talk to the owner because you dont need an alarm and I am not putting an alarm on your car Icant believe they are taking a customer through all 9these changes to cheat me out of knowing that it would cost me the dollars to have someone to disconnect the system to return to them all that trouble instead of a satisfied customer shows very bad business I would like the honesty of the company making a mistake over charging me for something I did not need and did not receive I would like my dollars back or if necessary I will have to mail in estimates from the other companies I have taken the box to that also says you dont need a alarm with this remote starter it connects to your alarm can you please return my and stop going through all these changes it also makes for a better business man not being petty aruging all this time with a customer

to whom it may concern: auto-page system installed in a cadillac escalade with information diagram from ***.com to authorized dealers onlyfirst day it was correctly installed and left with complete system fully working, came
back next day complaining about her radio which has nothing to do with the system soldout of courtesy and free will to preserve the consumer satisfaction, was checked and resolvedleft again with system working and properly installed since the first timecame back one last time and this time showing frustration and anger, demanding to have her turning signals fixedonce again we decided to have one last look because costumer was getting loud and out of control threatening to sueafter an extended period of time and close look we came to the conclusion that it was out of our hands, and knowing that it has nothing to do with our system we let the consumer know that thats all we could doshe left outraged even though her husband was comprehensive and understanding that they just bought the escalade and that it could of been a reccurring problem from before, but she was insisting that because we worked on the truck we were responsible for any malfunction from there onif after this explanation the costumer is still not satisfied then we are ready to refund her money on the auto-page systemSorry For The Inconvenience

We didn't bring it back because of the radio we brought it back because the dashboard was not put back on right.I took my truck to a Mechanic and he said that the wires where burnt out.My lights worked fine and you know that so whatever you did burnt my wires out and I have a statement from the Mechanic who looked at my truck and fixed the problem.So no am not satisfied I want my money back.Your company are very unprofessional and we where there for hours waiting my husband had to go up to you so we could get our car your employees never came and explained anything

We need to see statement said to have indications as to what we did, "mechanic" is liable for defamation on our work since we can show there's no wires needed to bet cut installing our systemAs much as we are willing to do is to refund for the alarm system with original sales receipt for system auto pageSeparate from that, if it was just the dash board not being on right then it wouldn't of taken"hours" like said?Also dash radio and lights are at different places on truck...? And we don't check every single detail on the truck if it has nothing to do with the system being installedAnd as far as being unprofessional, I don't think the system installed from day one would be working like it is with no problems

I have a receipt of what wrong with me truck and yes we where there for hours the man said it busy during tax season and the dashboard wasn't on all the way then when that got fixed my lights didn't work so they worked before I got there and didn't after your employees touched it and yes your business is very unprofessionalI want the money back for the alarm and am not asking for the repair money to the car even though it was from your business and I have the receipt that stats it was wire damage

can state that the costumer freely chose the system being purchased. Once installed and after talking to the installer she got confused, or as we percieve, there is a misunderstanding. The alarm which the costumer is talking about is the basic factory alarm system that comes built-in the car, which is more of a panic system to find the parked car and such. We already asked the owner of the car to stop by the store for a better shown explanation then over the phone. She refuses to stop by unless we refund her money.
