Solid Ground

The did not complete the work agreed upon in the contract. When attempting to contact the Solid Ground they kept giving complaints why he can't show.
We hired Soild Ground LLC on 5/18/2020 to install a pool pad of 29 feet round and leveled. We also paid for removal of tree's, brush moved and new loam and leveling of area where the pool pad would go. We also paid for 3/4 blue stone gravel to added to driveway and to achieve proper grade and pitch. The agreed upon time frame was 2 weeks max. It took about 6-8 weeks to finish the job. However, the job wasn't done correctly. The soil used full of large rocks and was not clean loam. The pool pad was 10-12 inches off grade from side to the other and was not 29 feet it was 2-3 feet short. ***, did come back to rectify this but it took 2 days to get him to the home. He did not bring in the material agreed upon. He did not level it as agreed. He did not not fix the driveway as agreed. He did not fix the areas in which his machinery destroyed our yard. Many attempts since June to get him to come back and drop the soil and fix his work has not be sucessfull.
