On May 19, I had two new central air conditioning (and furnaces) units replaced in my home I had gotten an estimate from another company, which turned out to be $2,more than Rite-Way's estimate Rite-Way told me about a TEP rebate of $per unit, which the other company failed to disclose They arrived on time and spent the entire day (until 6:PM) installing both units Rite-Way (and their crew) did an excellent job of installing both units which was no easy task They were very professional, clean and knowledgeable about the installationEverything was spotless when they left The job went very smooth The next day my salesperson came to my home to inspect the installation I would highly recommend this company

I received my first free inspection with two new filters after signing a contract last JuneThe technician, ***, was very friendly, competent and a real gentlemanWe are happy to have decided on Rite Way for our heating and cooling needs

Riteway quickly diagnosed and fixed a Trane AC/heatpump coil leak at our rental propertyI was impressed on several fronts: They treated our problem as a top priority even though I know there are many ongoing customer requests, excellent communications and knowledge between the tech, the front office and myself, willingness to work whatever hours are needed to get the job done and an accurate estimate

Awful customer service by Rite Way We scheduled an appointment for service days out rep was to arrive between 2pm-6pm We rearranged our schedules to accommodate On day of the appointment; at 5:54pm rep *** called to say he was just leaving and would be in at our home in another minutes WHAT?
He said he was just finishing another job I asked him why he did not call sooner to let us know he would be delayed? He had no answer other than to tell me he was delayed an he works hours days and do I want him to come to appt I asked him again why he did not give us a call to let us know he would be delayed and he said "just reschedule." WHAT? I called the main office in Tucson spoke with *** explained what had occurred and she said the manager is out until Monday call back then I asked her if someone was available to come out next dayShe said NO an would have to reschedule and to call Monday Unbelievable for a potential new customer to go through this

*** *** has been at my house to do month service and to add on to my units to help with duct ectHe is one of the best RW has over the years we have been using RW

I am completely satisfied with the customer service received from the techs from Rite Way Heating and Cooling I had trouble with my AC all last summer, mainly due to the service techs sent out by *** I gave up on them and called Rite Way They came out within a few hours and checked out the system finding numerous short cut errors by the previous companies
This season, when the AC wouldn't start, *** was right on the spot to diagnose and fix the small problem with minimal charges These folks are pleasant to work with and they really know their stuff I would recommend them to anyone, especially if anyone is frustrated with the previous rudeness or shoddy workmanship of previous AC companies Rite Way will treat you like family

Yesterday *** was coming to give me a quote on a water softener, *** was very informative on everything that needed to be done and how it would be doneRiteway should be very proud to have such a fine employee working for them!!!!
I will be using RiteWay because of *** and his knowledge & excellent customer care

Thank you Rite Way and your Tec [redacted] We called about our furnace & they sent a Tec right out and had it up and running in less than 2 hours.

Purchased two new Lennox A/C and Furnace units from Rite Way via Costco last week. We are extremely happy with the equipment purchased as well as the entire process that Rite Way took us through.
High marks go to [redacted] and his install team ([redacted] and others) that work tirelessly to get our two old units out and the two new systems installed. They did this in under a day which was very much appreciated as we were without A/C.

[redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable. We has two other bids and Rite Way provided the best equipment and service for a better price than the other competitors.

[redacted] led the install team and did a very high quality job with the install. They did not leave until they got both systems up and running (went over and above what was expected). Thank you!

Again, I highly recommend Rite Way for all your A/C and furnace needs. Great Job!

EXCELLENT Company, especially their Service Technician, Mr. [redacted]

Rite - Way is the WRONG WAY - [redacted] informed me the system was not salvageable, stated the coolant level was ok and tried to sell a whole new system for $10,000 to $12,000 that is $3000 to $4500 above typical prices I was seeing after some web research.

The disturbing part is 3 people spending that much time fabricating a story to get me to buy an overpriced system. [redacted] was so nice & seemed trustworthy, [redacted] arrived and made the sales pitch.... his face fell when I said I would get other estimates.

Next I called Perry - [redacted] arrived promptly and told me it was low on gas added 2.5 lbs cleaned the heat exchanger and my AC was running in top condition.

It may be a simple thing but gives you a sense of their approach Rite - Way told me that the dryer vent screen was plugged up, [redacted] from Perry just cleaned it out and never mentioned it.

Always get second opinions and multiple estimates.
