DePanda Gifts has been resolved amicably. Complaint ID #[redacted] submitted on 12/22/2017.They have refunded my money to my Amazon Pay account. I received notification from Amazon that a refund went back into my credit card account. Haven't received regular postage back as yet, per their letter, will send another e-mail to make sure they reimburse me for regular postage. I sent the package requesting a return signature receipt, but I know that they only will pay for regular postage of which I have a receipt for. I am not looking to get paid for the additional cost of a return signature receipt, just regular postage. I am glad that this ended well.
