Review: I purchased a 90 count (90 vitamins in Bottle) bottle of Solgar #7 Joint support. The pills were melted and somewhat liquefied in the bottle. I contacted Solgar. I was sent the wrong bottle as a replacement by Vitamin World. They sent Q10 or something like that. Then they sent a bottle of #7 30 count. The Bottle I purchased was 90 count. I asked for shipping information there was none. The people I spoke with at Solgar were rude and unprofessional. Why have Vitamin World ship it? Solgar should have shipped it. I should have received a 90 count bottle of Formula #7. The people at Vitamin World were not friendly or helpful. I purchased a bottle of Solgar #7 90 Count, I recieved, eventually a bottle of #7 30 count. Bad service and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I was promised my 90 count bottle would be replaced. It was not. The service I recieved by people at Solgar and Vitamin World was pathetic. It was unprofessional and no where near good service. I have been a Solgar customer for 15+ years. I deserve better. Send the 90 Count Bottle of #7 you promised!!
