We have reviewed the complaint and been in contact with the complainant It is our understanding that the issue has been settled and they intend to withdraw the complaint
The statement I received reflects both [redacted] and Soleil Managment [redacted] Vacation Club is noted on the invoice but managed by Soleil Management and references a website run by Soleil Management I've asked for copies of the contract as it was signed by my senior citizen parents and I am authorized to transact on their behalf via paperwork on file with [redacted] /Soleil Management Fees seem to randomly be assessed to the account and I want to understand what is being paid for and how the timing/validity is determined I wanted to make sure I didn't file on the wrong entity so I filed on bothWhen I ask for the problem to be corrected I was told that the fees were a combination of an upgrade fee, a property tax fee and some type of land purchase fee Since I didn't have any information to verify what should be happening at that point I was told I needed to pay for the fees in full to book a reservation I paid the fees I then received a statement saying that the combined total I paid was now listed as just the upgrade fee but the property tax and land purchase fee had not been paid I was told on multiple occasions via multiple calls with them that the fee was the lower amount I don't necessarily expect a refund but I don't want to pay those fees a second time I was assured that all calls were recorded so they know what I was told the last comment I got from them was that I agreed with their operator at the end of the call that what I was paying was the upgrade fee I know that I clarified in the call that I wanted to make sure I was paying in full what was owed I've asked to listen to the call with them and they've refused
