As the buyer statedI sold him pairs of shoes Months after purchase, he contacted me regarding a return
As stated on my FAQ, we do not accept returns
Since he made a large purchase, I wanted
to keep him a happy customer so I decided to go outside my policy and accept his return
It took another 2-weeks to receive the merchandise, and when I opened them, I discovered that of the pairs was different
Since all of my shoes came from the same source, I have assumed that he switched out a pair for something that he found cheaper and tried to trick me into returning it
Well, I cannot sell this merchandise to my customers so I have discarded it
I offered to give a partial refund, but the buyer became rude and accusatory
I am not sure how to proceed from here Both possible solutions would leave party unhappy
I am more than willing to respond and solve this issue in a timely manner Please let me know how we should move forward and I will comply

I understand the buyer wants a full refund. I am not able to provide that due to the loss I have already incurred.
I can offer a refund for the 1 correct pair that was returned, half of the purchase amount.
Again, I am being very generous accepting thsi return, as it is clearly stated on my website that I do not accept returns.

Review: I purchased two pairs of limited Air Jordans from this company only to find out later that I overpaid. The company agreed to return my funds as long as I returned the merchandise to them in the exact condition that they were sent to me. I returned the shoes EXACTLY the way they were shipped to me, I even used the same shipping box. A representative is now telling me that one of the pairs I returned to them is a a fake and said they will not return my funds because I tried to "dupe" them. If the shoes are fake it is because they sent me a fake pair in the first place. I paid $360 each, thinking I was getting two authentic pairs.Desired Settlement: I only want my money back.
