Review: I looked on e-bay website to buy an engine, and the seller has on it to contact him to make him an offer for the product through e-bay and after I contacted him by e-bay e-mail we mad an agreement and I did send him the paid amount for the product, and it now has been about 30 days and I have not yet gotten this engine, he has just been giving me the runaround and will not communicate or call to discuss this transaction, I paid him $4500.00 dollars for this product, and cannot get any response about it.Desired Settlement: I would now like to get my money back, because I now fear if he does send me the engine it would not be a very good product because of all this dishonesty .

Review: I sent $4500.00 dollars to [redacted] for a mopar motor. After a month and half. No motor and will not respond to me contacting him. I tried phone and email.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned to me

Review: [redacted] of Soledad Performance sold me a 69 383 "rebuilt" motor listed on eBay.

Upon engine start and 4 minutes running time, white milk started pouring out of the oil pan.

I spoke to [redacted] and he Stated that its probably just the head gasket. After pulling the valve covers off, and saw 40 year old rocker arm assembly's that looked like they were used for hockey practice, I had the heads inspected. The machine shop found 1/32" warp on each side. Further more the input shaft from my trans was bottoming out on the back on the supposed manual trans crank. This caused an entire engine rebuild. Mr. [redacted] elected to stop taking calls or answering emails. I paid $4500 for the engine. I spent another $5000 correcting his motor which he blatantly lied about. It was not completely rebuilt with all new parts. Most of the internals were old tired parts like the oil pick up and the rocker assembly. The water pump was so corroded inside and at the necks, a hose wouldn't even seal to it with 2 hose clamps. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS FRUED!! 1) He doesn't know what he's doing.. or B) Maybe he does by taking peoples money and not offering resolution for his lack of knowledge or morals. Now I have a $10k motor which should have been done right the first time. LIVE AND LEARN.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund of $3500. That is what I spent with the engine builder. The other $1500 was a shop removing and reinstalling the motor and trans and some other soft costs.

Review: On November 22, 2013 I made payment for a 1969 March casted 440 HP2 complete motor and spare AVS 4618S carburetor. To this date Mr. [redacted] has failed to ship the goods to me. I've called and emailed several times with little response. Items were original to be shipped before Christmas but a health issue was the reason for the missed shipping. Since this time I have only received a couple of emails last being early March stating the motor and carburetor would be shipped the week of March 10th. This did not happen and Mr. [redacted] has not responded to any phone calls or emails since.Desired Settlement: Would desire a full refund. I do not have faith that if a motor where to be shipped it would be in usable condition.

Review: I purchased a 1974 Dodge Dart found on 2 separate websites. The sale was to include all rebuilt engine documentation, as it was claimed that $11,000 USD was invested in engine work. The sale was also to include 2 frame connectors to strengthen original frame of car. I had them send me pictures of undercarriage of car and noticed they were not installed, so I asked [redacted] and he told me they were not installed yet, but included.

Because I live in Michigan (about 2,300 miles apart) ,I had a friend pick up car for me that lives in Oceanside, Cal. Once he got the car to his place, he looked for the included items, which were not there. I immediately called [redacted], he said that he would get a hold of my friend and make connection to get them to him

A full week goes by and no contact was made to my friend, so I called [redacted] to find out what is going on! I had to leave him a message, which I had done on several occasions, for [redacted] is completely terrible in returning calls! Every time a new excuse as to why the delay or no information. This company is a complete scam! Misrepresentation of goods He does not have the included items! He is just giving me the run-a-round!Desired Settlement: If these Items were not available, I would not of paid what I paid! Now, I have to purchase the frame connectors $172.95 http://www.manciniracing.com/bo19weinfrco.html , plus installation $200.00. I will also have to have a engine builder take the motor apart and make sure the motor has been rebuilt as claimed $1,500.00 plus labor to remove engine, $750.00. The desired amount to settle is: $2622.95. This total may increase greatly if I do not find the engine work matching what I have been told!
