Solea Medical Spa

To whom it may concern:

I am writing this as a formal complaint against the company Solea, in Sunny Isles Beach, Fl. I found the medical spa & lounge through an advertising campaign they were running on Facebook. Their offer was to receive a free collagen facial. I filled out the online form and received a call. I was eager to receive their free offer and made an appointment. However, when I arrived at the clinic location, they immediately began to speak to me about additional offers they were running which included reduced costs on botox and lip injections (Restylane).The idea of saving money sounded appealing. Both of those products were injected by someone who goes by the name Gracie. She & the sales people told me that she only works at the Sunny Isles clinic on Mondays and Fridays, because the other days she worked at their Boca Raton clinic. At first I was pleased with the results for a few weeks. I can provide photos. I had been injected with Juvederm in the past that lasted 9-10 months. but the Restylane was completely gone within 2 months. I did some research, and was told by another clinician on Facebook that I needed to be careful, because there are scammers that will either inject a person with something different, or dilute the product they inject to make an extra buck.

At this point, I felt extremely displeased and betrayed. I called the Sunny Isle clinic during the week and asked to speak to *** at their Boca Raton clinic. I was told that there is NO Boca Raton clinic. I explained how *** was going to resolve my issue. They told me I couldn't get in touch with her because she is no longer working with the company. Somewhere at this time Solea hung up on me. I called them back again and explained about my Restalyn injections and how they dissapeared. They clearly told me that they don't even carry Restalyn and only carry Juvederm. I expressed my concerns and asked them how they resolve unhappy clients. I'd like to mention at that time, there was no disclaimer or indication that this is the agreement I signed up for. In fact, I was never given any documentation as to how to care for my lips too, but they sure were interested in selling me more products & services in the beginning. They actually hung up on me a total of 4 times. I feel they need to be investigated and I need to be refunded. They were rude and they lied to me repeatedly.
