Vendor did not honor warranty/return of Sole inserts, due to lateness with their time-deadline, nor have they returned them back to me
On Dec 20th, 2018, I placed Order # XXXXXXXXX with FootCareDepot (aka as Sole Source Imports, Inc) for a pair of shoe inserts (item *** @ a cost of $26.96. They were a Christmas Gift, and were shipped to me on Dec 21st, 2018last Nov (XXXX) we came across the package, opened it, and discovered they wiould not fit intop his shoes. I then sent therm, back on Nov 14th, 2019, asking for a refund. I sent them back by USPS with a Tracking #, which shows they were delivered to Vendor on Nov 16th, and Vendor signature secured.

I heard nothing from Vendor, and emailed them on Jan 7th, asking the status of the refund.....did receive an email response back on Jan 9th, from a Tracey R. indicating she did not have them in her packages, and asking if I had Tracking information. When I responded back to her on Jan 9th @ 11:01 AM, that I did have such and it indicated they were received, and signed for, on Nov 16th. I gave her the Tracking # from USPS

On Jan 10th, 2020, @ 8:45 AM, she indicated by email that the return was outside the return deadline...no other comment from her. On Jan 10th, @ 9:07 AM, I asked Tracey to return my mdse to me. on Same day @ 1);30 AM, she said there would be a $3.00 fee to return them. Same day @ 2:54 PM, I advised her that I was mailing a personal check to her attention. (my check # is ***

On Jan 13th @ 12:48 PM< she sent me an email saying "Sounds Good"I have not heard back, nor do I have my inserts.

Desired Outcome

Since they won't issue a refund (which I agree is outside their "return" limitation, I want my soles back so that they cannot ship them to someone else to fulfill that person's order . For $26.96, and the reason they were late in being returned, I am really surprised with their lack of customer service anfd good-will ! If I don't issue an email, I don't hear from themthey "react" instead of "proacting" !

This person returned an item after 365 days. Our return policy is 30 days and customer even acknowledges that in the complaint.

There is no mention of returning my mdse to me (which I returned to them), since they were not covered by warranty. I paid for them and they belong to me now...yet, vendor still has care, custody, and control of them, and they have no ownership of the mdse..........vendor doesn't even discuss why I submitted a complaint to Revdex.comI did not file a complaint with Revdex.com over not receiving a refund, but due to the fact they haven't returned my mndsethey probably can't locate the return, so then they would need to send me a replacement

We donate all returns and the product easy fit has been discontinued since you purchased over a year ago. We are a small business and can't afford to take returns over a year and cover shipping back to them because they did not read the return policy. This customer is trying to damage our credibility by making a false claim beacause of a mistake they made. What company allows 365 day returns???

I was told that there would be a $3.00 fee for the return of my inserts, and I sent a check for such on that same daysent you an email that I had done soyou keep saying that I am trying to get a REFUND, and when you told me I was outside your time frame for a refund, I have NOT asked about a refund sinceyou keep mentioning such, and yet you don't address my RETURN..not REFUNDthe mailed envelope was NOT RETURNED to me...so, we both know it was delivered as addressed "Attn: *** R.Revdex.com has a copy of the email that *** mentioned the $3.00 fee-

We did not receive any money from the customer(never provides proof of money sent) and I am not going to continue this back and forth. This customer is a 77 year old man with lots and lots of time. We are a small business (husband and wife) and my time is more valuable than going back and forth because a customer thought he could return something after 365 days that is not resellable and a discontinued product. All returns are donated to a local high school athletic department. I have nothing left. If this damages my Revdex.com credibility I will appeal this.

No problem. Just paypal the shipping cost to paypal ***@solesourceimports.com. Will cost $3 to ship back.

If the product was returned within the 60 days you would have received a refund.

Just an FYI in the future before returning a product after a year maybe read the return policy before shipping back.

My time spent on this erroneous case is worth something so to say we are out nothing is crazy. Mr *** is a prior owner and mom and pop means small local business ran by husband and wife. Good luck

There has not been any resolution from the Vendor, nor does Vendor show any attempt to resolve the return of my mdse which I mailed to them. They mention the item is "discontinued" yet an Advertising email I rec'd from them, shows the item to be one of their items available.

This complaint is within 2-3 days of being 2 months old, and in that time I have learned that I am certainly NOT the only consumer to have experienced customer service issues with this Vendor (Sole Sources Imports, Inc).

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESOLUTION !!!

I want this file to remain "OPEN" until I receive my mdse back .........................

No RESOLUTION...Vendor needs to substantiate definitive and factual reasons they say complaint is "erroneous"

returned received after one year. No check received to pay for return item equals erroneous claim. Total waste of an employees time with this customer who has a lot of time on his hands.

UNRESOLVED...Vendor has NO intent of "reaching out" to Customer to alleviate this issue
