Review: In July 2013, construction company working at my neighbors house damaged my rain spouting, which had only been replaced a few years ago and was a custom order. Brandon Z[redacted], owner, admitted to the damage, documenting he would replace it. After endless emails and trying tro contact him over the last year, and a lot of empty commitments on his behalf to replace damaged rain spouting, he has not done so. He now ignors all voice mails and remail correspondences. I have all documentations of paper trail. A crew member was even out again a few weeks ago at neighbors house and again I confronted him. He contacted Brandon, stated it would be taken care of, and again, nothing.Desired Settlement: Rain spouting in custom orderd color and size to be replaced, new.
