I had to complain twice to the main office of wrong and misleading information only to be badgered by the agent I complained about.I was refered to Soldier on for help with housing and car repairs. I have been trying to get help since sept 19th, 2014 after numerous promises The money for the car has never been recieved. I was promised 1st months rent and depsoit My land lord recieved only the deposit. Then I was told I was only promised the deposit, I have text proof of both. It took a month to get the deposit. After complaining a second time. I recieved demeaning text for complaining. This is how they treat VetsDesired SettlementI just want what I was promised. $1000.00 for car repairs. Deposit ( which was paid) and up to 5 months rent. I have never been in this position before of underemployment/ homelessness I'm scared and anxious. I thought I found a good place to help vets and all this has done has made me feel humilated and useless.
