Soldi Partners

Review: I was referred to a Mr. Andy R[redacted] of Soldi Partners in [redacted] by an attorney I was using for a divorce proceeding. I have a tax issue with the IRS and he claimed to be able to help me negotiate a better settlement with them. He took $350 up front from me.....but provided no service. Then asked me for more money and when I refused, put a collection agency after me for an additional $350 which I received in a letter.Desired Settlement: This person is causing me an unreasonable amount of stress considering I am already in a fragile state of mind dealing with separation from my 2 young children , a divorce and its cost which has left me destitute. I would like the $350 I paid this man returned and all ridiculous claims made by him to this collection agency revoked. He has no proof of any service provided because there is none. He is a liar and a thief.
