Review: I put $70 on my [redacted] account and paid $50.38 for a item and same day delivery paid for item on September * and was to be delivered today no later then 8 pm or 9 pm the latest but keeps saying need paymentDesired Settlement: the items gamecube game rubix and gamecube game metabots and the Nintendo 3ds game Pokémon super mystery dungeon delivered to my house by tomorrow by 8 pm and put money back on [redacted] account ont only for those three games but also for the item I sent back 3 months ago item name Gameboy player for gamecube
Review: sold.123 is a storefront on the [redacted]. I spent $155.94 for 3 rolls of GE 70 count clear C9 Christmas Lights on ** Dec 13. I contacted the seller that these lights were not what I was looking for and that they had been unused and unopened. Sold.123 requested that I send the items back to him. On ** Jan 14, I spent $29.09 out of pocket to return the items to the seller via FedEx. I have proof of delivery that the items were delivered at 1600 on ** Jan 14. Over the last couple of months, I repeatedly reached out to the seller to refund me my $155.94 since he has my money and the product. He has refused. Finally, I decided to escalate the matter to [redacted]. The seller informed me that it wasn't his fault and he would not be returning my money even though he had the product after [redacted]'s 90 day 'file-a-claim' process. The seller intentionally drug out the process until he knew I could no longer leave feedback on [redacted]'s 'seller feedback' forum and 'file-a-claim'. To me, this is really poor business and unethical. When asked, he told me I should file a claim because he would not be returning the money.Desired Settlement: I expect sold.123 to promptly return my $155.94 and the $29.09 I used to return his items. I also expect an apology for the trouble.
