I sent the email string that relates to this complaint by separate email.Customer complained because she tried to order from our website by credit card but our web system did not accept her payment due to an issue we experienced from an update made by our web designerOur web designers made a
change to our checkout system that impacted some customers' ability to input their credit card info(The problem has now been corrected.) Because the credit card did not process, our web system defaulted to the "pay by check" choice and she was sent an automated request for payment by checkThis upset the customer who then cancelled her orderWe let her know via email the order was cancelled and then learned that she filed this complaintI followed up with her via email to apologize and explain the situation and that email string has been sent to you separately. We do not store credit card info and our website is secure so there should be no concerns regarding the security of her credit card information. I hope this resolves the issueLisa D***
