She called out maintenance line seven times in minutes in the middle of the night for the same issue in September No actual flooding or sewage are in her apartment We take pictures of everything Her neighbor's sink did back up but it only backed up into her sink and there was a little water on the floor We talked to her and we told her we would take care of her We told her that she doesn't have to call so many times because the service that answers the calls won't take the issue serious When the issue happened with the fire in her neighbor's apartment, there was no smoke in the apartment so there couldn't have been any smoke inhalation We think the issue is because the neighbors are Arabs There's more to it than actual maintenance issues All my tenants have my cell phone number and they can contact me directly I tell the tenants that if they can't get through on the emergency line, they can send an instant message on Facebook that comes directly to my phone Then if they don't have any luck there, they can just text me We haven't heard from her in a month

a little water on the floor. We talked to her and we told her we would take care of her. We told her that she doesn't have to call so many times because the service that answers the calls won't take the issue serious. When the issue happened with the fire in her neighbor's apartment, there was no smoke in the apartment so there couldn't have been any smoke inhalation. We think the issue is because the neighbors are Arabs. There's more to it than actual maintenance issues. All my tenants have my cell phone number and they can contact me directly. I tell the tenants that if they can't get through on the emergency line, they can send an instant message on Facebook that comes directly to my phone. Then if they don't have any luck there, they can just text me. We haven't heard from her in a month.
