Review: I moved in to an apartment called BRE Villa Santana on 01/01/2013, I had no problems with moving in or with management. Management was also aware and understood that I can only sign a lease agreement online because my room mate who is also my mother spends most of her time outside the country. Problems came once the property got sold to Solage who have recently changed their name to Solare due to outstandingly bad reviews. a [redacted] or Solare whatever you to call them drop the ball on sending an electronic lease to renew because of their incompetence an unorganized management. The kept changing managers and failed to send me a lease agreement but started charging me a month to month rate after I had been promised that I will be paying a rate agreed on. I tried to speak with their incorrigible manager [redacted] at the time but the dumb woman failed to see reason. I was asked to vacate the property within 60 days which I made adequate preparations to. They sued me and I counter sued and the case was dismissed. Now they are reporting to my credit through some stupied creditor who is dumb enough to buy a debt that is not legit. I want them to stop reporting to my credit or else I will be forced to take legal actionsDesired Settlement: stop reporting to my credit or I will sue for damages
