1.As a live sales person was NOT Used-most irregular.
2.I did not have DUE PROCESS-"Explanation and opportunity to ask questions".e.g. would NOT have agreed to the number of Panels ,the 20-Year Lease,
or thei conditions of selling my house..
3.Since it took 2 years to provide me with a WRITTEN CONTRACT,I did not have the statutory option to rescind the contract, if I desired.
4.They still cannot locate the ADDRESS,or the DATE or the INSTALLATION.

We apologize for the frustrating circumstances regarding this customer's account. SolarCity's contract explicitly outlines the production estimates of the system and the system is working optimally. The net energy metering billing is a result of...
the utility company and is generally listed on each monthly bill from that entity. We are continuing to work with our customer to help them understand and last spoke with the customer on 7/20. Please call XXX-XXX-XXXX with any additional questions.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/08/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this response from SolarCity because, the issue here, is not the production of the panels, the problem is the large lump sum which had not appeared in the written contract.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/08/05) */
One of our managers has attempted to contact this customer and we will reach out again to demonstrate the validity of the contract and its pricing. Please call XXX-XXX-XXXX with any further questions.

response because: I have been in contact with the business on multiple occasions and the problem is still not resolved. I've even contacted the CEO of the company. They keep telling me they're working on the problem but my amount due continues to increase while the checks I am sending them are clearing my bank account. I will not be satisfied until the problem is resolved.Sincerely,[redacted]

This customers job has been active since 6/27/**, when his local utility provided permission to operate. The customers solar Panels are producing at 102.635%. The system activation was the complaint made by the customer. Our Customers system was sold 3/11/**, Installed 4/19/** and received Permission to Operate 6/27/**. No other actions are required.
When I frist signed my contract I asked the rep. what the $15 fee was for he stated that it did not apply as long as the monthly payment was made on time, which is was for over 5 years. Then I received my bill (late I might add) which had a $15 fee added to it. I call Solar City only to be told that it was not a late fee and that it would be removed from my bill. The next month I received by bill (Late again) with anothe $15 fee added to the bill. I called Solar City again and was told that because I didn't have auto. with drawl from my account I was being added a $15 fee each month. I told them that I was told it would not apply when I signed the contract. I was told that it was the companys mistake and customers were not all on their system of forcing customers to go on to Auto. pay. I was very mad and upset over this arrangement of Solar City and the out and out lie I was told from the very begining. I agreed to have the Auto. payment and try and save $15 per month. I was then told that the $15 (now $30 fee would be removed because I was going to Auto. payment. I received my bill now owing over $100 plus the two fees. I called again and was told that only one of the $15 fees would be removed I would owe a total of $85.21 for the month of July. When solar City withdrew from my account they took the total of $100.21 for both months withdraw fee and my solar fee. I called again and was told that the $15 the month of July was applied when the bill was generated (before the due date) and I still have to pay for it. This is nothing but robbery! I bad mouth Solar City when ever I can I pray that you people go belly up. One of the worst companies I've ever met. Your policy is one of lying and never telling the truth. You need to be behind bars. How can you charge customers to have an auto. withdraw of 15 dollars per month that is a lot of money for such a small effort on your part. Most places only charge a dollar or two at the most. Your Revdex.com reporting policy is a total joke as well. I'm sure this will never fall on ears that can do anything about this.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)It does not cover how I was lied to, or the fact their people vandalized my house or it took over a month to get it fixed. I have their collections people calling me about a bill that seems to be some sort of guess because the system wasn't on or working during that time. They still can give me the system or come and get it, however them FINALLY getting out here to take care of it was just their job. I am not satisfied with the resolution.
We have been with Solar City, for almost 3 years.
They have been great, whether talking on the phone regarding billing, with our sales representative or even setting a visit to have more solar panels installed.
They have all been great!!
A customer relations manager is already addressing the issues our customer has reported. Please call 888-765-2489 with any further questions.

Complaint:[redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The company's response to the Revdex.com is amazing, however the emails to me have been the last three requests have been to verify my address, how many times do I have to verify my address? I would just appreciate Solar City sending me the check they owe me. What more do I have to DO? I have now waited 8 months!!!!!!!!!
Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have provided more than sufficient proof of this company's liability, culpability and responsibility for the damage to my roof. I have been communicating with two different "customer service" people over a period of three months. Despite mounting evidence of their liability in this matter, they have continued to refuse to reimburse me. I am collecting all of my documentation and taking this matter to Small Claims Court. Please close my Revdex.com claim as unresolved. I thank you for your cooperation.Donna [redacted]
All rights for cancellation are contained within the contract. Unfortunately, once construction has begun on the home, our customers are unable to cancel their project. Our solar systems are built and designed to produce a specific amount of energy per year, and the system produced more than the monthly projections for the first 3 months. Thereafter, our customer knowingly turned off the system between 10/[redacted] and 1/20**. The system has since been turned back on and is producing optimally for the past two months. Logically, any increase in overall energy consumption will results in higher energy bills, regardless of the energy source (from solar production or from the utility company). We remain committed to our customers by providing them green energy, and this system has produced exactly within its expected parameters during the time that it has been on and producing. SolarCity does investigate all consumer complaints and all contractual obligations are currently being met. Please call 888-765-2489 with further questions.
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I have been a customer for over a year and this is the first time they have charged this amountSincerely,[redacted]
