While our resolution manager was great and took the time to understand our issues, it does not change the depth we were lied too or the fact they are unwilling to work with us to correct their reps failings

SolarCity has tried contacting our customer on the following days:
[redacted] and [redacted] answered on one of those days and stated that it wasn't a good time to talk we have since reached out 4 other times. We will continue to attempt to make contact until we speak with [redacted].

customer service was very unprofessional handling roof damaged claim. It has been an over two month since the claim was submitted to Solar City for reimbursement and contacted customer service newmerous time but the issue has not been resolved. On the phone they promise that reimbursement was approved and the check in the mail, but nothing was in writing, They do not even acknowledged that they have received the information. They are the most unreliable company. I would not recommend them to any body.

Solar city practiced bait an switch with elderly couple and they refuse to provide telephone transcripts of conversations between sales associate and customer. Until they provide copies of transcripts this case will not be resolved.

SolarCity is not in possession of telephone transcripts or telephone calls between Mr. [redacted]'s energy consultant. All contract obligations have been met.
