I spoke with both [redacted] (The massage therapist) and [redacted] (the customer) several times I asked [redacted] what she would like to see happen and she said - fire ***, she never mentioned a refund, which by the way, I have no problem giving her As for firing ***, he has been giving massages at Solar for over years now95% of his customers are female, he has been a therapist for years, he has received very high tips from customers and NEVER EVEN ONE COMPLAINT I don't EMPLOYEE him, he is an independent contractor, therefore, I cannot fire himMoreover, his story is very different than hers, he said she was asleep and snoring, and during the massage - she "jerked awake" She said nothing to him during the massage, she said nothing to my employee at the desk when asked - "how was it"She was even called back into the store to receive her free bottle of water, and still said nothingShe stayed on the table for the full duration of the massage even after she says she was touched She has filed a police complaint and I feel that it is now in their handsI will gladly send you a check that you can give to her but as for firing the therapist or determining whom is wrong and whom is right I would like to leave that up to the police Please email me further instructions and please check to see that I am not interfering with an ongoing investigation by refunding her money The police officers number is: [redacted] Thank you, [redacted]

When I signed up for membership the areas on the form were not highlighted, this must have been done after the fact by Solar Tan, nor was the staff trained to go over the form with meI do however remember the form and the employee saying I needed to sign here and here to set up my sutomatic paymentI do not believe that the staff is adequately trained to inform customers as to what they are signingIt is Solar Tan that is negligent in using deceptive business practices to put in place unreasonable "Road Blocks" to cancel a tanning membershipI would like the company to refund my April payment due to the fact that I was unable to make it in due to work commitments from the time I called to cancel my membership to the time I could actually make it in which went over a month end and caused an additional month of charges
We live in a small community and I have called the one other company in town that offers tanning, they DO NOT require that a member come in to cancel their membershipI was informed that this could be done over the phone
Solar Tan needs to update their policy and stop using this ploy to charge additional feesIt is a scam plain and simple

I am rejecting this response because: the business owner implied I lied about my complaint and that is simply the wrong answer in providing a service to the public. Also, this could happen to another client and I would think as the owner of the business she would want to protect the public and her business's reputation when I am clearly putting mine on the line by pursuing complaints and charges against the massage therapist she contracts with.
However, I am pursuing criminal charges now so the matter is in the hands of the police. I would like a refund mailed to my address and once that is complete I desire no further contact with the business.
