Solar Swim Pool Heating Systems

Review: I had solar panels installed and 1 froze over the winter and broke. I paid $200.00 to replace it which should have been covered but he refused to install the new one unless I paid up front. He gave me the service reps # for the supplier and told me if they cover he will reimburse me. The service rep ([redacted]) told me that it is covered and I should have my $200.00 refunded. It was no fault of mine that it froze. Now [redacted] refuses to refund my money and he got credit for the damaged panel.Desired Settlement: Refund my $200.00, it was either faulty installation or a faulty panel either way it was not my doing.

Review: Solar Swim charged me $5,200 to install solar swim on our pool, the installation failed to produce heat as proposed. I had several different solar companies come to my home to evaluate and perform a site survey and they certified there is no way I can have a solar system due to my geographical location. After going back and forth with[redacted] he agreed this past winter that he should have never installed the system. We want our money back in full in a Certified Bank Check of $5,200.00Desired Settlement: Full Refund of $5,200 the system does not work and every other solar company also agreed in writing.
