We recently had a solar panel system installed at our home. We had wanted to do this for the past 5 years and had spoken with solar companies at home shows and made inquiries online. Not one of those companies we had previously contacted responded. In our latest online effort, Solar Smart Living contacted us. Doing some research on the company, we found that they were a local, veteran owned business, staffed with a highly professional team. We met with their sales team of Peter and Maryann who presented us with a system which would not only meet our current but future needs as well. A plus for us, the solar panels were made in the USA. The warranties offered, along with the assurance of a local contact and support was very attractive.
The installation crew included two engineers who answered all our questions. The balance was a group knowledgeable of roofing structures and who were attentive to all the details, including clean-up. The entire system was expertly installed in two days. One of the inverters did require additional follow-up, but the issues were promptly addressed and we were online monitoring our system within a few days. We cannot wait to see the effect on our electric bill.
I cannot say enough about our experience with Solar Smart Living, from initial contact, through installation and follow-up. It was a pleasure working with this team.
