Warranty repair of installation
On August 22, 2017 I had two (2) skylights fitted with solar guard On August 23 I called to inform them that there were ripples. At that time ***, owner of company and one of the installers, said "we will take care of that, the installation is guaranteed. After many emails to ***@***.***. On January 18 I emailed *** and said "I have been trying to call with no response . I am very concerned about the repair/replacement of the shields that are bubbled on the skylights n my back entry. I would appreciate a response on the statys of these guaranteed shields . I finally received a response on January 23, 2018 saying *** was having health issues and unable to work and said to wait til Spring so the film will be able to bond right away. On January 23 I emailed and said Thank you for her response and said Spring was okay with me all I ask is your staying in touch regarding this issue. Have not heard anything so on May 2 I emailed again and said I hope you have my repair in your schedule, please advise. I have been emailing since then with no response from them
