Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I do not believe that Solar Gem Greenhouses provided a correct storyThey tried to attempt to deliver a greenhouse on 3/06/and did not consider alternative spot which easy to accessTheir president John H [redacted] wrote to me, " I sent men up to Seattle with the understand we needed to remove a section of fence and trench for the greenhouseThe trip up and back was hours eighteen minutesI will need to charge you for three hours time for three menAt $75.00/hour that amount plus tax is $742.50, I have sent a credit back on your card in the amount of $3,111.00." I and my husband called John and he did not say anything that he will return $although contract states free deliveryMy credit card shows that we got only $3,on 3/06/My husband wrote review and submitted complain to Revdex.comI got another email from John on 3/07/18, "Well I just read the “glowing“review your husband provided on googleI had plans to deliver and resolve this however in light of the review you can kiss that option goodbye".He returned money, $later and after all this Sincerely, [redacted]

On 2/25/the above Ms *** ordered an 8’ x 12’x 8’ high fiberglass greenhouseOur greenhouses are delivered complete and ready to start planting as was advisedThe order also called for Solar Gem to provide the trenching that the greenhouse sits inAs such, men were sent to deliver and
installUpon arrival on 3/6/18, the above Ms*** instructed the delivery personnel where she wanted the greenhouseAfter observation that she wanted the greenhouse carried up stone stairs approx+ stairs of about 36” wide and through an area approx6’ wide it was determined that the greenhouse, which is 8’ wide and weighs approxlbswe were not able to accommodate Ms***’s wishesMy delivery driver apologized that he could not get an 8’ wide item through a 6’ spaceNever was there mentioned of an alternate location or the greenhouse would have been placed thereI offered to drive up over the next few days to have another look in the hopes we could resolve thisAs to the claim that my delivery personnel yelled at Ms ***, well, that’s just not possible as it isn’t in either of their DNA to act in that mannerThey are both very pleasant and in fact I receive compliments about their demeanor and professionalism regularlyIt is not our business to not deliver our product, we strive to go beyond the norm and provide excellent customer serviceI was quite shocked by this review as we have only ever gotten positive reviews and emails from our customersAs to the claim that I was verbally abusive to Ms*** this is completely falseI try to make all our customers happy, but in this situation, there just doesn’t appear to be a reasonable expectation for a positive outcome.Had she checked her credit card activities prior to writing this complaint, she would have seen the total charge paid had been already credited to her account last week once it became apparent we could not accommodate her wishes to place the greenhouse in the requested locationThank you, and have a nice day!
