We had our solar system for over four yearsDuring the time we had a few problems and the company has always sent some one out to work on itFinally, the motor gave out (defected from manufactory)Naturally, we was very upsetWhen we called, [redacted] (receptionist) was extreemly polite and professional, she explain to me that the motor is not under warranty but she will talk to the owner to see if they can do something to accomodate the sistuationHowever, we got a call back within one hour from [redacted] stating that [redacted] (the owne)r will see to it that the company will change my system to an up to date one immediatelyThey work on that in the next bussiness day( employees was very efficient), and leave us as a very happy customerVery rarely to see a company will be TRUE to the vow: Customer sastifaction guarantee!
