Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This project was completed by the Solar Alliance own standards July The company requested immediate disbursement of funds at that timeThat was not true or accurate, the company sends additional several weeks later to complete the original work done by the primary electricianThis prolonged and extended time between the date that the funds were collected after the date the system was activated o operational was not acceptable under any standards. This project was plagued by miscommunication and inaccurate information provided to me by several staff members over the months that took to finish the job and make the system fully operationalRegards,*** ***
