Solano Signs made direct contact with MrMitchell on 3-23-following the review of multiple complaints he has posted regarding our products and services. Unfortunately, we (the Owners) were not aware of the interaction MrMitchell had with a previous employee. We expressed our
sincerest apologies and emphasized that we do not find this type of interaction with our customers acceptable in any way. Solano Signs has spent the last years developing trusted relationships with both large and smaller organizations within Solano County. This includes the Fairfield Atlantic Little League. We have discounted pricing and tried to meet all requests received from FALL. MrMitchell was asked if he received defective or "subpar" products as we would immediately replace/fix the item(s). He responded that his concerns were in regards to the customer service he received, and not our products. Which we completely agreed with. We hope that our interaction today with MrMitchell will help rebuild the trust his organization has built with us over the years and that we can continue to provide them with quality products and the customer service that all customers/clients deserve
