Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/11/06) */
I interviewed all staff members present during the interaction Mr***All were interviewed independentaly of one another and all gave like statementsThe staff member Mr*** interacted with is a very new office aideShe turned to
her supervisor for clarification of Mr***'s questions and demands and then repeated the necessary information to Mr***I am sorry the supervisor did not step forward and formally introduce herself and she will be counseled so no other customers have the perception of being talked aboutAll staff state there was no smirking or laughter going onAlthough all were made very uncomfortable by the hostile and vile language used by Mr*** in their presenceOther customers were also present and they feared his rude escalatating behavior would adversely interfere with a couple adopting an animalIn regards to the fees for the redemption and board of the animal they were charged appropriately and to procedureAll county fees are approved annualy by the Board of SupervisorsWe take in lost animals to keep them safe until the owner redeems them no matter how they get hereWe consistently strive to do what it is best for the animal which is to put them in a safe place and get them off the streetIf Mr*** has has an issue with his neighbor it is a civil matter
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/11/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I never used vile language, I was irrate and for good reason, but never used vile language
They claim this is a civil matter but will not release information so I can proceed on that front
There was infact smirking and it started with the lady that was not present at the start of this going to the lady behind the receptionist
At the time there was no couple there, just a gentleman sitting behind us
The fee should be returned minus the rabie shot, all future fees when dealing with these types of matter should be paid by the person doing the turn in, since there is nothing I can do to keep the un-named from doing it over and over againIf they want to turn in, make them pay
And doubtful on the safety, I had the picture from when the cat was being photographed for the cage, the picture shows someone pressing down on the cat in an abusive manner, to note it took a few days before the cat stopped acting skittish
