Review: I paid the dentist upfront since they were unsure what my dual-coverage dental plans would cover. They told me that I would receive a refund once they submitted the charges to my dental insurance policies. I still have not received my refund. I have contacted the dentist office numerous times with no resolution and it has been over 2 years now.

On August 28, 2014 we spoke with patient and informed that her complaint will be addressed, and resolved.

On September 11, 2014 after final audit of Ms. Tracie [redacted]' account, refund has been processed, and mailed. We left a voice-mail message informing her of the refund and requested she call back with any questions.
