Review: I called and set a trip on Jan. 12 to go to Doctor appt. ( 4PM ) in Escondido,CA.

Pick up time 3PM. After 2 phone calls( that I had to make) they still had not arrived and they kept saying 15 - 20 min.

By 3:35 I cancelled Doctor appt. and cancelled and then called and cancelled ride. This was very stressful for me as I am 80 years old and wheelchair bound.

On Jan. 13 they posted $189.00 to my Visa / debit account. I called and was promised they would credit back. After more phones and again promises, I am still waiting.

The round trip cost was going to be $189.00 ..I don't understandDesired Settlement: A credit to my Wells Fargo Visa/Debit card.
