Here at Sojos, we take the health and safety of all our furry friends very seriouslyOur customers and their pets are extremely valuable to us and any dissatisfaction on their part indicates an opportunity for improvement on our partWe can assure you that we take each and every customer inquiry very seriously and make sure it is addressed properlyWe attempted to contact the customer through phone, email, and multiple social platforms Since we do not have a call center, customer inquiries are normally addressed during business hours M-F from am to 4:pmThere was a slight delay due to the holiday, however, we have since made contact with customer to remedy the situationThe information provided was logged with our Quality Assurance department to assure that we can prevent an occurrence in the future
We did try to contact this customer several times last week but were not able to get a hold of anyoneThe phone would just ring with no way to leave a messageWe needed the full credit card number to process a returnWe were able to make contact with her yesterday morning to arrange thatWe did
offer to send out another flavor to try but the customer wanted the money credited back$was then refunded to the credit card she used, and an email sent to her stating thatShe was told to keep the product she purchased and donate it to a local rescue, no need to actually return it to usIt may take 7-business days to go back into her account but the customer said that was just fine with that

Since we do not have a 24 call center, customer inquiries are normally addressed during business hours M-F from 8 am to 4:30 pm. There was a slight delay due to the holiday, however, we have since made contact with customer to remedy the situation.
