Sojaaran Maintenance and Detail Janitorial

I had Sojaaran Maintenance and Detail Janitorial located at *** CA XXXXX phone number XXX XXX-XXXX clean my carpet mid May 2017 and the job looked good after completion. I noticed the day after the carpet dried that the carpet was sticky. I thought that the stickiness would go away after a few days but it never did. As time passed the carpet began to accumulate dirt and grime because of the stickiness. I finally called Sojaaran Maintenance on Saturday June 24 2017 to tell the owner of the problem. The owner told me that he would be over to check out the problem in 2 or 3 hours. 4 hours passed and when I called the owner he said he would come over next Tuesday to check out the problem. A few hours later the owner called me to tell me that he only gave a 3 week guarantee on his work and I replied that he did not tell me that before he did the work.
