I was searching to purchase sofa bed on line and came across with SOHOMOD.COM. Great choice and quite attractive prices, comparing to other websites, made me stop searching anywhere else. Trying to choose
between 2-3 particular models I had a few questions and called customer service. My sales representative was ALINA and I think that was my lucky day. Alina was very knowledgeable and professional. At the same time she also was very friendly, polite, had good sense of humor and very responsible. To answer my questions Alina had to call manufacturer and right after that she called me back with answers as she promised. Amazing. Not very often you can find such a great customer service at these times. After talking to Alina and considering her recommendations all my doubts disappeared and I will be ordering furniture today from SOHOMOD.COM

I was very skeptical ordering sight unseen from an online store, especially when spending so much money for a dining room. I did have to contact them and they were friendly and helpful. Unbelievably, the shipment arrived 2 1/2 weeks after it was ordered, as stated. The local furniture stores had a 3 month or more wait! When it arrived, everything was so carefully packed and protected. The quality of the product is incredible. The instructions were horrible and at least an hour of time was spent figuring out what piece went where on the china cabinet. But it is gorgeous, SOLUD furniture, I highly recommend Sohomod, and I will definitely be purchasing more furniture and recommending them to everyone.

Ordered a whole bedroom set to receive two out of the four items damaged. One of the items were completely unusable because of the damage. When I emailed the claims department I was told that "it would be problematic to specifically exchange", and they would just refund me the amount for the damaged item. What I didn't know was that I would have to pay for another warranty on the new item, the same price for one item as it was for four, and same goes for shipping. This wouldn't have been an issue if they would have just issued an exchange. I will have to pay an extra $400 to replace the damaged piece. No accommodations. I've repeatedly asked them what the shipping insurance is for with no answer. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Arranged with Alex via email to schedule delivery date for 5/31 ( memorial day) after complaining about the first date they tried to schedule me which was Mothers day may 9 from 9am-12am(yes 9am-12am) sat and waited all day, tried calling got no answer, and no one reached out to me or ever came. Three days later 6/3 I get a call to see if they can come 6/4. No apology, no acknowledgement just repeatedly asking can the new date work. I asked to cancel instead and was told to send a email. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior.

I bought a coffee table and they delivered to me pretty fast.
So the website is pretty legit, but they need to update their website because I was not able to write reviews on it.

I love this sectional. The color, size and quality is just perfect. The delivery guys did a great job setting it up for me! It looks amazing and is just what I was expecting. I'm very happy with it overall.

great mechanism to attached and release the pieces so you can arrange however you like! very happy. Sofa is polar white as I wanted. comfortable, although it is very deep seating so it may be difficult for shorter people to touch the floor when sitting. Great throw pillows will solve this.

We were moving into a new house and needed to upgrade our furniture. Sohomod website was okay to navigate and we found things there easily. We purchased living and family room furniture from them. The price point was good and the quality of the products have been excellent.

Beautiful, easily changes shape to fit the room as all the pieces have finished sides. We are using one of the pieces as a stand alone chair. Definitely need pillows if you are looking to lounge on it. Easily slips around, so plan on rubber cups for feet.

I recently purchased the living room sofa from Sohomod. I have to say the entire customer experience with shopping online with the sohomod has been first class. Excellent communication by telephone before the purchase and email with updates after the purchase. The delivery was made by a shipping company CEVA, they called me a day before delivery to make sure someone will be available to accept the delivery, everything arrived on time. Assembly process was easy. I have ordered furniture online from other online retailers with mixed results, however the Sohomod has been the best experience so far and I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future

I bought the sofa for my daughter from Sohomod after doing a lot of research online. I instantly warmed to this company due to the excellent customer service on the phone. All my questions were answered and I felt this was the best one on the market to go for. The quality of the sofa is great and it's very comfortable. I can really recommend the product and the service you will be getting. Delivery man Russel was very helpful and polite, called me 1 hour before delivery and assembled my sofa very quickly.

I needed a lower headboard and am very satisfied with this bed. The slat system is first rate. Being that it comes from italy you know the leather and stitching is done right. I have ordered so many pieces on this website and others from china, vietnam, india etc. and they are always a crapshoot as far as quality regardless of price. This bed is also very easy to assemble and well packaged. Don't go crazy with a pillow top mattress though or your headboard will disappear. For your information also, this is an eastern king. Would recommend for sure.

After almost 2 hours assembling the bed...which was only because the instructions were SO vaigue and indecifrabile- we love the bed! It's sleek and simple lines really work well with the mid century modern style of the bedroom we designed. Have to say, this Italian made bed is leaps and bounds better built than the Chinese made one we purchased in the past and the quality for the price is the best we've seen. Just wish those assembly instructions were more clear!

I love the look of my new sofabed! Great quality. The headboard is comfortable to lean against. Word of caution- this takes TWO people to put together; not just because it is heavy (which it is) but the the frame for the lifting mechanism has to be lined up on both sides at the same time. It didn't change my rating since the directions said it took two people. I was just wanting to get it put together alone to surprise my husband.
