My original order came to my house approximately June ***, 2015, along with an order they shipped in error I was out of town for the weekend so my daughter (who is 15) and her friend opened both boxes When I got home I realized the extra package was not ours I was contacted that if I return the items shipped in error I would be issued a refund for my order, whether I kept it or not The items shipped in my order were way too small so I just requested a refund I shipped the merchandise back, my order and the order received in error, at my own expense, insured
I was harassed and threatened that they would take legal action if the package was not returned(I have the post office slip and tracking number) I guess they received the package because they quit harassing me I have yet to get my $back along with the return shipping of $ They don't have a direct phone line, contacting them by email is futile and they never get back with you I have been trying to t
