Soho Premium Dry Cleaners

We took our items to be cleaned, when we went to puckup our items they had not returned my daughters 350& winter wool jacket and do not seem to be concerned about its where abouts? We want the jacket back or the equivalent of the value. This is unacceptable. They are now going out of business at this location and they have been there for a decade!!!! Please help.

I Dropped off 14 dress shirts and 2 casual ones.
3 of them came back stained. They said they'll clean them again. They recleaned 2 of them but the third they said they couldn't because it had a dark blue dye and that it was stained with dye when I dropped them off!
They wouldn't take responsibility for their poor workmanship but they said they'll give me a $50 store credit. I told them that they can keep their credit as I don't want to risk ruining any other shirts.
