Soho Japanese Bistro

We had reservations for 7pm, however our service did not begin until a after 8:30pmWe watch parties/families being severed before us(1party was already seated & came after us.) We were the last to leave the restaurant because serve was so slow & took so much timeWhen we spoke with the manager, he offer $gift certificate (we spent well over $on dinner) & told us to write a bad review onlineSo, here it is...his bad reviewI am not sure how long a business can maintain, not along grow when you have a manager who does not care about good customer service? Which is really sad because the wait was ridiculous but the bad experience with the manager is why we will never return
