Review: Service for reset of [redacted] password. Called [redacted] 800 help info and was told a virus affected my [redacted] account by hacker. They continued to take info and before I knew it they were remotely in my account and cleaning out - offered repair for [redacted] email protection for $100 and Lifetime for $399.99 total of $499.99. I do not see the protection and do not need this since I already have a Norton virus protection. It would be ok and not to worry. I have an I phone also. Kept putting me on hold and continued. They canceled my email and gave me a new email address and password of their choice. When I called to cancel, the guy laughed and said [redacted] could lose her job, his name was [redacted] and the manager was [redacted]. Names sounded made up. They would only take a personal check made out to the company and asked for my address and phone number by notepad and wanted payment in 3 days and emailed me the bill Invoice due Aug.12.Desired Settlement: Requesting not to pay this fee billed by email to me. They seem not to be part of [redacted] and seems like a scam from other comments sent about this company.
