Review: I have repeatedly called this company since 22 Aug 2014 for an amount that was deducted from my checking account in the amount of $38.26. When I called I was told it was for something I signed up for, I did not to the best of my knowledge and have never heard of this company. Every time I talked to someone I got a different story, I was initially told my account would be credited in 7-10 days, that didn't happen, then it was something on their end with their bank and Monday 29 Sep I was told I was approved for the refund and someone would get back to me the next day (30 Sept) which did not happen. It's not a lot of money but I want it refunded, I don't even know how they got my financial information to deduct it, never really got a clear explanation.Desired Settlement: 9. Termination.

SoftStorNow may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All plans auto-renew for 30 days periods. In order to cancel your service with SoftStorNow simply call or email support at any time.

9b. Cancellation and Refund.

You can stop using our services any time by contacting us in writing or by phone at least 1 week prior to the end of your contract period. There is no termination fee for cancelling your service. Monthly fees will not be prorated to cancellation date. Full refund for the last 30 (thirty) day billing cycle is available if the service has not been used in the last 30 (thirty) days.

Above is information from their website and as I said I have not knowingly wanted this service and would like my account refunded asap.

Review: Several requests were sent to have a charge refunded to my checking account since Aug. 5th 2014. As of 09-17-14 I have not received a refund of $36.56. They have not responded to my latest request sent today.Desired Settlement: It should not take over a month to process a refund into my checking account or send out a paper check.
