hello, I have proof attached to this notice, including imprinted signed copy of there card, contract, and violation, this is the same proof I submitted to the credit card company, on 11-1-2014 *** and *** *** Rented my 310E unit for the nightduring this stay they
violated the no pet policy, they were informed many times, and after I was delivered the fine I attempted to contact *** and *** to allow them to settle the debt and provide proof of there violationthey avoided my calls and emails, and never respondedI was charged $by the resort HOA due to their signed acknowledgement of the violationthey were informed by me no pets, they were informed and lied to security about the dog, they signed my contract that states in BOLD & CAPS NO PETS and allowance of a charge to there card if they violate HOA rules, they were confronted by security and signed a notice of the violationI attempted one time to run this charge for there debt, after I was informed there is a loop hole that protects visa holders from being charged, one they as property rental managers knew all to much about. I never attempted to charge them againnow almost one year from their rental they are trying to damage my business name on Revdex.com and *** claiming to never used my business' servicesas a mom and pop business the $hit was bad enoughWe have infact on 8/24/sold this business, but as good people we would like to handle this matter as to not effect this business' future.I have never harassed these people only attempted to collect a debt that they caused. I am assuming they expected me to no longer have this proof, in order to damage this business' nameI hope I have helped clear the matter, please let me know if anything else is needed.thank you
