I am rejecting this response because: the claim that the brands that were ready on 12/were 'exactly like the picture' I send is falseThose brands were recreated (using the same original picture) correctly after the fact and Sofia's even admitted that they did not notice the black lines in the top and bottom of the image were not part of the brand when they did it the first timeThe brand that *** references that I did not gives specifications for, was poorly made each of the previous timesThe specs for the item were discussed via phone with *** on 12/2/I explained to her that I needed that brand to be the same height as the Sul Ross brand and GG brandAnother claim*** did offer me a $discount when I purchased, which I appreciate greatlyI am disappointed in the way Sofia's does business....hard to get in touch with via phone or email, not very responsiveBoth times I went to pickup the items, I had to wait on them to finish painting/putting in bulbs, etc., I took the brands the first time around because I needed them for Christmas presents and was desperate as it was only days beforeAfter getting them home I realized that they would not work, and because I spent over $500, needed them to be correctI emailed *** that night a lengthy email explaining exactly what was wrong with the items I received, in specifics so that she could understand that was I was given was not correct, and did not hear anything back from her until after Christmas*** told me then that I did not need to bring those brands back to her---I did anywayThe quality that is advertised and probably worth $100, Is not the quality of the items I receivedThere was no sense of urgency to get my items completed no acknowledgement that any of the blame belonged to Sofia'sI have never had anything custom made where the company finally delivered the item months laterSee above picture for the quality of the brands I mention

that she did not specify measurements)After getting home with the items, *** notified me that of the ones she accepted did not look rightThey looked just like the picture she sent me, but I was fine with making her new onesShe came by to pick up the replacements & took 2, but still felt that in particular was not rightWe finally got things right the 3rd time aroundA few weeks later she contacted me stating that she was not happy with how long it took to get her productI offered her a store credit and she declinedI offered her a $refund and she agreedI put the $back onto her credit card on February 2ndIt's now been months since I issued her refund & the fact that she wants an additional refund is surprisingAt best, I can offer her another store credit of $+ shipping on whatever she decides onThis now equals $in cash off the order plus another $credit plus shippingI feel that is more then fairThanks!
