Soffer Optimall

Review: I have been a patient of Dr. Soffer for more than 25 years - regular appointments annually and excellent care have been provided. I have been exceptionally satisfied with the care I have received. Recently I learned that Dr. Soffer's practice was sold to Dr. [redacted] and when I called to access my records I was told no records have been given to Dr. [redacted]. I would like to get my records so that I can proceed with my eye care and that a new doctor would have information on my history. My annual exam is not due for several months and I need to purchase additional contact lenses and I am not able to because I don't "have a doctor" and the records have not be transferred. I would like to access my records or have a chance to have them sent to another eye doctor.Desired Settlement: I want to access my records or have them sent to another doctor so that I can get the appropriate care and be able to order contact lenses which I need immediately. According to communciations, Dr. [redacted] purchased the practice. He is located at [redacted]
