I am not sure what other information you would like since Ms ***'s response says she finds our initial response satisfactory I would like to inform her that her mattress has a seven year warranty (from date of purchase) If she would like to find a local Ashley Dealer that could come out and recheck her mattress for any warranty issues, she could do that I see that she now lives in Normal, IL and I am sure there are many stores in her ara that sell Ashley mattresses
