Review: the couch was purchased on March ** with a 6 week delivery promise. It was delivered on May **. Upon inspection, the couch was defective. The three cushions were wrinkled because they were not sewn properly. The back cushions were not sewn correctly and appear loose fitting. The throw cushions were lumpy and understuffed. There was a lumpy frame on the lower couch. I called [redacted] and was told he would send three cushions to replace the existing ones that would arrive from the factory. In addition the factory would send stuffing so I could restuff the throw pillows. The stuffing arrived in a four foot bag from the factory on May **. It was poor quality and the pillow does not appear any better. I have tried to ask the manager for a refund on May ** and was told it was a special order and that would not be possible. The three cushions were not the option to rectify the problem. The couch should have never passed inspection at the factory it came from ([redacted]) in North Carolina. The entire couch is of inferior quality and I should be deserving of a refund.Desired Settlement: please refund the entire amount of purchase and arrange for a pick up of this merchandise.
