Review: Purchased Sofa and Recliner set with warranty and in the first year started to fall apart from the seem and is now almost completely apart with cushions and staples sticking out everywhere on all pieces of the furniture. Called the store within the first year and they would do nothing.

There is no record of [redacted] calling in for service. We keep a very detailed log of repair issues and nothing appears.

Please ask [redacted] to supply you with any phone logs that indicate she attempted to reach this store, or any other store, even if the wrong store. I may be able to go back to the factory and together we may be able to help [redacted] with the problem.
