corporate clientsThe cards are not “gift cards" but are considered "reward cards" which are governed by different laws than the laws for gift cardsOur client activated these reward cards at the time of purchase and then distributed these reward cards to their employees, These reward cards were received by the complainant back in and 2011, and complainant only recently attempted to use themThe reward cards were issued from a federally-chartered bank in accordance with the appropriate laws; which allow for expiration dates and fees after a period of non-useSodexo is in compliance with the laws that govern the sale of these reward cards to its clientsIt is important for cardholders to use their reward cards in a timely manner.Please let me know if Sodexo can provide you with any further informationVery truly yours,Betty B

To whom it may concern,
[redacted] did not disclose when the cards were activated or that these prepaid cards are part of a reward card program. Sodexo is clearly trying to cover themselves. They have already been paid the funds for these prepaid cards. Additionally, those given these cards are clearly at a loss when they are not notified of when the cards are activated. Sodexo should reissue new cards ASAP. I would appreciate your help in getting these new cards. This is $150 of my time and do not take this situation lightly.
