I ordered from this website in February 2020. I have still yet to get what I ordered. Ive emailed them multiple times and each time when they finally respond, its just them giving me the run around. I asked for a refund atleast twice now and they don't respond to that.

I placed an order January *** 2020 and almost 4 months later have not received the products ordered. They have no way of contacting them other than an email that is not functional. Money was taken out of my account. This business is a scam and this is theft.

I ordered a 3-seater Slipcovers Patterned Colors (as found on the following website: ***) on February and paid $42.95 for it. After multiple failed attempts to contact the company for the status of my order (I received a bounce-back email that the address was not valid on February ; it was the email found on their website- their phone number was disconnected), I finally filed a dispute with PayPal on February . On March *, I received what looks like a bed cover from a hotel room in the 1970's and a website on a piece of paper: *** Contacted PayPal again who replied on March *** that I had until March *** to "return" the product I received to get a refund. the cost to return the 970's bed cover? $21.00. Again, I filed a dispute with Paypal - why am I paying for something I did not order? Had I received the correct cover, I wouldn't have had an issue paying to return the product, but I didn't even receive what I ordered in the first place and they wanted me to pay to have it sent back? I would like a full refund.

I ordered a product from this company a month ago. I have emailed them twice trying to find out when my product will arrive. I have not heard back from them. I'm afraid it is a scam and that they will use my payment information. I have searched the internet for reviews and they have 100% negative reviews.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have neither received my product nor have I received a full refund. I cannot consider this closed until the product is in my hands or the money is back in my account. After reading online reviews about this business, I am not sure this has anything to do with COVID-19. In fact, my items were ordered prior to COVID-19 being an issue. They have zero positive reviews. All stating that product was never received and refund never issued.
I did receive an email stating that my items are on their way. I will consider this closed once I have quality product in hand or money returned to my account.

I ordered a product from this company and have never recieved it. I have made several attempts to contact them via email. On their website or reply back to my confirmation email for my purchase. I even contacted a company with whom sells their products, shopify and they told me to wait and if not received, contact my bank to retrieve my money. I even paid extra for quicker service. The company does not respond, all emails come back with address not found. I just don't want them to do this to others.
