My mother was sent a Medicaid card from them on April 22, by certified mailShe was not here to sign for it so it was sent back to themMy daughter emailed them explaining that and if they could send the card back, but she did not get a responseI called them and was told that they would return the card back to my mother as soon as our post office returned it to them, which was already over three weeks ago, but my mother still has not received the card back from Social Service CoordinatorsAgain my daughter emailed them, but again got no responseI also left a message for someone named *** about it, but he never returned my callMy mother needs her Medicaid card, but no one there returns our messages/emails or sends back the card
